Well, my amazing therapist books all my appointments for me directly. We have a set schedule, which makes our sessions easier for me to remember. I know when we are meeting, and it never changes.
I just started therapy for the first time earlier this summer and I’ve heard the stories of how hard it is to find and resonate with the right therapist and I couldn’t have been luckier than to have been set up with Henry. He truly cares and wants help and support you through your problems while also giving you the proper tools and education to deal with them and I look forward to our meetings every week. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat

Henry made me feel very at ease. We had a good, honest conversation and he was very practical and professional.
Fantastic therapist, there honestly isn't enough words to describe how happy I am to be able to continue services with him. He has helped me significantly in the time we have been working together. With his help, we have narrowed diagnosis' down to maybe ADHD or a form of Bipolar and finally I have a diagnosis that was solidified by a Psychiatrist, rapid cycling bipolar 2.
