Sorry just because I don't know everything about how car repairs work or heard if the insurance company told me something different please explain a little bit more nicely. Also make sure your addressing the owners correctly. The car is under my name not my husband's even though repeatedly was addressed different.

I was surprised that you do not take a personal check . I only found out the same day my car was ready. It was a challenge to get cash the afternoon before a Holiday.

3 Star : Likely to Recommend 2.5 Star : Repair Quality I would have hoped you hadn’t gotten me to come get the car until it was completed. Now I have to go back and get my new bug deflector put on when it comes in. Also you missed my license plate holder in the front. You didn’t replace that either. Also the passenger side fender is not sitting the same as the driver fender. It’s not as flush to the window pillar as the drivers side is. You also missed the dings on the passenger front door where the fender was rubbing on it.... read more
