She is the first point of contact for customers & very unprofessional. 5 Star : Repair Quality Looks great! 5 Star : Customer Service Satisfied w/ the guys reviewing car w/ me. Front desk woman was totally inappropriate spewing her political views. Both times she was at the desk when I came in she DID NOT have a mask on. Begrudgingly finally put it on. I would give her a ZERO.
