The seal then peeled backward due to air flow. The seal is temporarily reset by the insured and is being held in place temporarily with duct tape. When i picked it up they said they are still waiting for a part and i need to go back...i should not have to return after 7weeks...also never received any phone calls with updates...was told I would get calls and never did...I had to call in myself to get updates and find out when to pick it up 1 Star : Customer Service 4 Star : Returned Clean
