3 Star : Likely to Recommend 3.5 Star : Repair Quality Satisfied with the repair but I’m missing my license plates and it’s illegal to drive without them. HCC did not try to expedite the service to get them nor did they just tell me to wait until the plates got there to pick up my car. 5 Star : Likely to Recommend 5 Star : Repair Quality Nick was wonderful, the car looks great and rides well. We had the sensors checked at Toyota after a scary message about light warnings on dash. Turns out that the Toyota rep should have ridden the car for 25 miles to reset everything. We should all know that but we’re not told. Still waiting for readings from black box.
