Our salesperson named Oscar was the best. Everyone worked as a team to make this 7th purchase from Mile One dealerships, a great one. Lynn in service was great when a small problem was nagging us after less than a week of owning the vehicle. Lynn and the service team took care of the problem quickly and were extremely professional. I was very impressed in the 5 star service and buying experience I received.
Ashley was friendly and was thorough in getting answers for my questions. People (especially Ashley) were careful about their masks/cleanliness. I was alittle uncomfortable in finance as his mask was below his nose. The whole smooth process and friendlness and knowledge of the staff rates a 5 star, only a 4 because of the finance office. I feel I have the ideal car for me at a reasonable price. I would definately buy a car from this dealer again.
Service here is amazing! My advisor, Chase King, always provides me with consistent and thorough communication about my vehicle. I always feel like I am kept informed, as well as being educated about future services that will need to be done. I have never felt that I was being pushed or forced into unnecessary services. Chase delivers honest feedback, great customer service, and professionalism.
I came in on July 21st to get my oil changed, tire rotation and washed. Everyone there was super friendly as always and greeted me as soon as I walked in. I had an appointment for 11am and I was pleasantly surprised with the getting a text from my own "personal agent" that I could ask for updates, during to let me know there were some things they found and wanted feedback on and then after to let me know the work was completed! I went there because of a recall (minor fix to the mounting of the battery of our 2016 Leaf). Everything went smooth—from the first call to schedule an appointment, to the exit procedure. Lynn, the service representative was very friendly, as was everybody else I spoke with. This is a consistent experience, from the first time when we went to Herb Gordon Nissan, to test drive and buy a 2013 Leaf until today. They are always courteous, nice, and professional! Keep up the good work!
