I'm sure no one else would have had the patience Herbert had to get me through the loan process. I know this because I went to two banks before I heard of Herbert and I was getting no where. Herbert was just a lot more experienced and knowledgeable than the people at the bank. And a lot harder working. And just a great guy to deal with. Getting a mortgage loan is no picnic these days but Herbert got it done!

I appreciate all the work you put in for me and my family. I know it probably turned tedious when things changed regularly until we found the right house. I was frustrated finding out i couldn't buy out the PMI after being told multiple times it would work out. That was very disappointing. And I know it isn't your job to communicate with me (my RE agent should have) but I hated that I found out from you, after I closed on my home, that closing on July 2nd wasn't going to work out.
