We purchased a car from Heritage Nissan in 2014 and bought gap insurance. I traded the car in and they owed me a refund for the gap. My finance company processed the cancellation and sent me a letter that Heritage Nissan was notified and should process a refund in 30 days. However, no refund has been processed. It’s been over a month and all they want to do is give me the run around and be rude over the phone. Don’t buy a car from this company. Especially don’t purchase gap insurance!!!

We just bought our NINTH car from the BEST salesman ever...Tim Shepherd. Tim has helped us on our car buying journeys for ourselves and our kids. From the 1st one back in 2008 to the one we bought today Tim has given impeccable service that doesn't end once the purchase is complete. He is always willing to help. My family has bought their last few cars from Heritage Nissan, so of course when I was ready to buy my first car, I knew exactly where I needed to go. They were amazing! They worked around my lunch schedule, got everything done in a very timely manner & were such nice & genuine people. Our salesman, Marty Sweatman was extravagant! He was very personable, he was able to explain the whole process very thoroughly! We will be buying the rest of our vehicles from our friends at Nissan!
