I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My sister has moved into Heritage Park. I like the setting with the trails and the availability of the cafeteria and just the apartment itself was nice with the garage. The staff was very hospitable. I like the staff real well. From what I've seen so far, it's very clean and well taken care of.

I visited this facility We went to Heritage Park. The staff was very helpful. There weren't any openings at the time, but he showed us the things that he could show us. He just didn't have any rooms that we could tour. We were able to go into the dining area and the activity room and that was about it. They have all three levels. I visited this facility I went to Heritage Park. They were doing some construction work around the outside or upkeep. The appearance on the outside was okay. It's an older facility. There was a very strong odor of urine in there. It just didn't seem to be as clean as I would have liked. The rooms were small and old. I saw some sitting areas. I saw the dining areas which were okay, but all in all, I was not impressed with it. The lady who gave me the tour was very helpful, though.

I visited this facility I liked Heritage Park Fort. It was almost like living in a house with all the amenities you could ask for. It was a great place to live. They had nice-sized, clean, and well-maintained rooms. They had activities and games to occupy your time. The person who toured me was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. It's in a good location and close to shopping.

I visited this facility Heritage Park was nice. The staff was friendly. The rooms were nice and were about the size of all the others. The residents were happy. It's a friendly community.

I visited this facility I visited Heritage Park. The apartment was amazingly huge. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I visited this facility Heritage Park has been very nice; they have been very helpful. The rooms were nice, and they have been remodeled. My mother will be moving tomorrow, and I know they do have activities; they have given a list. We met the nursing director and the person that runs the facility. We haven’t really met the aides yet. They have been very nice and very helpful. All the apartments have been updated and remodeled, and it seems like it is very adamant about people getting to their dinner and getting their meals ... read more

I am a friend or relative of a resident My grandmother is at Heritage Park. I like them. The communication is good. However, she is just not happy with her room. It is a private room, but she shares a bathroom. She is fine with their food, though.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident I went to Heritage Park. It was clean. They had a lot of activities for the residents. I have a friend whose husband is there now, and she is having some problems with clothing disappearing. The staff was less helpful, and I wasn't impressed with the food.
