Everyone was very kind and friendly. They were wonderful with the patients very caring and kind. I had dinner in the dining room with my husband a few times and the menu was varied and well.prepared. When his illness progressed to the point he couldn't go to the dining room they delivered it to his room. I could go in and out whenevercI wanted. They knew me by name and were helpful. After he passed away, they were very helpful with removal of his furnishings. I would certainly recommend the Heron Club on Prestancia.

I wouldn't recommend Heron Club. It's not terrible but it's definitely not great.

Head of Facility [name removed] is very responsive, attentive and on top of the residents needs; nursing staff truly cares about the residents and providing the best possible care. They could have more proactive communication with the families. I would recommend Heron Club to others.

We like the smallness of the community. Not a lot of walking or people which I think would be confusing for me. They really need to have some activity during 6-8 pm. Yes they have a movie which is great but in talking to the ladies, that's a hard time for many of them. It doesn't have to be a big deal but something to engage the residents for a little while after dinner.

[name removed] and the staff are all helpful and friendly. They have a great in house physical therapy team. Residents love the activities and social hours. Food is fresh and well prepared. Facility always appears clean and well kept.

What a lovely community. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. [name removed], the Executive Director, did a great job providing an overview of services. I would definitely consider putting a loved one at Heron House!

Having coordinated care for loved ones with the Heron Club Team you can truly feel they care and will go above and beyond. They have been accommodating with all of our loved ones needs and helping make an easy transition.

[name removed] is such an amazing director. So sweet and so family oriented. Not only does she treat her residents like family she treats her staff like family. She is highly respected and such an amazing leader!

While looking day and night for a place for my mother, I had some difficult times with the places offered in my area. The cleanliness, organization, staffing, room completion, and overall running of the buildings. Thats all something I realized I needed to look harder for so my mother could be happy.
