I toured the facility with [name removed]. Her vibe immediately put me at ease. She was personable, patient and very attentive. When the time comes, finding the right facility for my Mom is a priority. I left feeling as though our needs would be met by everyone, and that [name removed] would see to it.

As a frequent visitor to a friend in memory care at Heron Club, I want to give a shout-out to the facility's receptionist, [name removed]. From my perspective, she is the linchpin there. Beyond normal office duties, Bridget assists everyone--visitors, residents, and employees--with a myriad of problems, needs, and questions. What we like the most about Heron Club at Prestancia are the staff members there, they are great and they really do a great job. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families who are looking for a place for their loved ones.

Our family had an in person tour with Heron Club at Prestancia, and overall from what we saw on the tour we thought it was a good tour experience.

I would recommend it to anyone that has mental health issues and smokes. I'm satisfied but not overly enchanted. The food is above par, the staff is sufficient, the grounds are beautiful but the building needs a face lift.

I selected them out of a group of 7 different places that I visited. Heron Club was wonderful and I had hoped my mom could make the transition, but for various reasons she balked. She now receives daily care in her home. The staff seemed genuinely caring of the residents. All in all, a nice feeling as you walk in the door. Not at all depressing as some places I visited. Also, not so large that it was overwhelming.

This was by far the best out of all the communities I looked at. I was impressed with their friendliness, the way they were willing to accommodate my loved one, and their helpfulness. The staff were very empathetic towards the family even after my loved one passed. I couldn't have asked for a nicer staff or experience. The residents had choices to choose from for meals, and there were three meals a day. I think the people their are overworked and under staffed. If your loved one needs extra attention, this may not be the place to go. They were shut down during covid. They did not have things in place to make sure they had enough staff available to meet the residents needs. After a few years of covid, you would think they are more prepared and have backup staff in place. The leadership team is extremely busy and anytime we had questions or concerns, it was hard for anyone to get back to us regarding those.

I live out of state so I don't have much feedback over the meals and dining service, but I do get to see pictures and hear about the activities and they seem to be pretty good. This community is very homey feeling and we have no complaints about the overall value.
