This was by far the best out of all the communities I looked at. I was impressed with their friendliness, the way they were willing to accommodate my loved one, and their helpfulness. The staff were very empathetic towards the family even after my loved one passed. I couldn't have asked for a nicer staff or experience. I think the people their are overworked and under staffed. If your loved one needs extra attention, this may not be the place to go. They were shut down during covid. They did not have things in place to make sure they had enough staff available to meet the residents needs. After a few years of covid, you would think they are more prepared and have backup staff in place. The leadership team is extremely busy and anytime we had questions or concerns, it was hard for anyone to get back to us regarding those.

I live out of state so I don't have much feedback over the meals and dining service, but I do get to see pictures and hear about the activities and they seem to be pretty good. This community is very homey feeling and we have no complaints about the overall value.

Our family had an in person tour and Heron Club is just a beautiful facility, it is amazing and sits on a large piece of open land. Everything about it was wonderful.

We chose Heron Club because of the overall appearance of the facility, the friendliness of the staff members, and they were willing to take a chance on my sister. The only thing I have trouble with is sometimes the communication is not great with getting questions answered, so that is something that could definitely be improved on. I would recommend them to others.

Most of our experience has been pretty good, the community is kept clean and the staff members are friendly however they are having some issues with staffing. At times they are short handed and the care services are okay, they recently have gone through changes. We have spoke with a lot of the residents there and it seems like the meals are a big problem. The location was good for our family The staff have been friendly. The rooms are nice. They're efficient and have a screened in porch, which my loved one enjoys. It's been very clean, and her room was freshly painted. It's just a good feeling when you first walk in.

What a great experience ! I had to find a place for my 93 year old Aunt when she came out of the hospital and could not live on her own anymore. Heron Club made the transition stress free. I was not able to be there in person and they literally rolled out the red carpet for her arrival. Instead of wanting to go home, she wants to stay there! She feels like she is on vacation. They sent videos of her apartment and her arrival, insuring my peace of mind! I could not be more impressed and happy with my choice !

Very nice. This might be the one we choose. Will try to get Mom in to visit. If positive we will proceed with arrangements unless something else makes us re-think.
