I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My mother has been in Heron East. It's wonderful. She does the trivia, they do exercises every day, she goes up and they read the paper, and on Thursdays they have happy hour. There's always something going on. It's just an all-around clean, happy, good food place. They take them to the Dollar Store once a week, and twice a month they take them out to dinner if they want. They have two courtyards where they can go out and sit. The staff is excellent.

I visited this facility Heron East was excellent. I have had two tours there and both went very well. The staff member I spoke with was very helpful. They have meals every day, a nice game room where they do a lot of activities, and a nice library. The 1-bedrooms were not really spacious, but they're very nice. They always have a nurse on duty. The menu looked very good.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident My dad is very happy at Heron East. The staff is all very good and caring. They are easy to deal with. It's a very clean and safe environment for my dad.

I visited this facility Heron East was very nice, professional, and very direct to the point. They didn’t waste my time; I like that. They don’t have the services we needed for Alzheimer’s because they didn’t have memory care. They were able to talk to me about the needs of my parents, and we were able to discern that. They didn’t have down the road what my mother might need as he has Alzheimer’s. They were efficient, so we were able to determine it wasn’t the place very quickly. I visited this facility The people at Heron East were very friendly and gave us tours of the different types of rooms. We went over the pricing and stuff like that. Overall, it was a pretty good experience. It was beautiful, nice and cheery, and the residents were pretty happy with what they have. They do arts and crafts and have nice grounds where they can go outside to spend the day out. They have transportation services to doctors, shopping, field trips, and salons. I visited this facility The staff at Heron East spent time with us during our visit. They were very good and efficient. The rooms were of a nice size and very updated. The place is modern. We were not able to eat there, but their dining room is very spacious and nicely set up.

I am a friend or relative of a resident Heron East was very well run. The employees had been there for a long time. There was no big turnover. They were very attentive. My mom enjoyed her time there. The rooms were beautiful. The food was good. They let everybody order what they want. They had a walkway that goes all around the building. They also have bingo, parties, entertainment, and movies.

I am a friend or relative of a resident The people are very friendly and very informative, and Heron East fit the price range of my friend. They have mostly activities in the afternoon. They do beach volleyball, bingo, horseracing, word games, and chair exercises primarily.

I am a friend or relative of a resident My dad says the staff at Heron East is very nice, and the food is very good. It doesn’t seem like there’s a ton of activities. The room seemed very nice and clean. I like the bathrooms. Their showers are walk-in showers. They’re very nice and very safe, and my dad can bathe himself in that type of shower.
