I had an appointment for my 6 month cleaning but two days before, one of my crowns came out. They were quick to extend the time of my appointment to accommodate me. They did an excellent job on cleaning as well as reinserting the crown. Everyone in the office is friendly and courteous, which made my visit pleasant.

My daughters and I have been going here for years. Everyone is always professional and nice. The atmosphere is warm sand welcoming. We never have to wait. Everyone is always smiling and happy....makes the drilling less stressful!!!

I was having shooting pain in a tooth but Dr. Herrick could not find issues with any teeth. I had a bad cold for a couple weeks prior and Dr. Herrick suggested the pain may have been due to my sinuses still not being clear. He also suggested that I use a special utensil to be sure food particles were cleaned from the area around the suspect tooth and to continue with sinus rinse. Seems to be working.
Thank you for being kind and gentle. I appreciate your reminders and hello's and staff at the front desk and those that clean my teeth and assist Dr. Herrick.

With every visit I am always amazed at how professionally and efficiently the practice is run. There always seems to be some new upgrade in the technology and systems being utilized. They now have a new inner office personal communication system that allows for instant communications among the entire staff. It improves efficiency and reduces the wait time for me.
