Our advisor Anthony Harding with Hessler Floor Covering, was most professional in his help with the renovation of our residence in Naples . These services included long plank floor tile, carpet ,area rug, kitchen wall tile, bath and walk in shower tile. Anthony oversight of all Installations produced excellent results. Five star earned. Installation was perfect! Floor great. Chris Nugent went way over and beyond helping me get my new office floor completed. Perfectionist for sure. I love my new floor and Chris the sales person found a product that would be installed quick to meet my timeline. Great job!

Pete my salesman was a very nice and patient man. Hessler’s has so many carpets to pick from its not easy. The pandemic didn’t help either with less people working. All’s well that ends well!! It’s completed and I have to say that Rick and Steve are 2 of the hardest working men I’ve ever seen. They moved quickly and efficiently. Also ready to please putting the furniture back. I had ordered LP Vinyl flooring which ended up with back-order delays by the manufacture. It made it difficult to coordinate with other remodel projects and avoid living in an emptied house. Hessler managed to get the flooring and have it promptly installed. The installer did a great job.

I had a lanai carpet installed in my vacation condo. When I came back 9 months later the corner edge was coming up. I called but my salesperson was no employed there. Michell the manager was extremely helpful. She did get someone out to repair the installation. It did take a while but I was very satisfied with the service. I would highly recommend them.

Our sales person, Chris, was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and personable. The installation crew for our luxury vinyl plank flooring was on time and meticulous in their work. What a great job all around. We will be using Hessler from now on.

Salesman Pete was very good in keeping in touch with us although there were several changes in the installation date on your part. The installers did an excellent and efficient job. We are pleased with the outcome of this project.

From the minute I walked in to the last worker left, everything went beautifully. Julie is a color genius and coordinated everything. Jim’s tile installation crew did the most amazing job. I will be back for the kitchen job soon. Thank you all
