Great from start to finish
When Elsa came thru in July my doors leaked and I lost flooring on my indoor lanai. I had had Hesslers installed new floor ing in 2020 in entire condo. Now that I only need a small amount of the flooring replaced they don’t seem to be interested. I’ve had phone calls ignored, they won’t give me a price or schedule installation date. Worst service experience that I have had in a long time at the Fort Myers location. The promised installation date was changed and delayed at the last minute 3 times and the last time they just didn't show up as promised. Absolutely no urgency on the part of the manager to correct the situation. In fact we mostly felt bullied by the manager. With as many vendors in this area you would think that protecting their reputation would make them more responsive.

Just came home to luxury vinyl flooring installed. Large gaps and uneven plank installation. I’ve left a voicemail and awaiting the return call to get this corrected. This was so far below my expectations and previous experience with the Punta Gorda store. The manager upon speaking to me initially blew me off when questioning about installation and choices before we decided on this flooring

Horrible customer service. Doesn't return calls. Carpet was 2 weeks late. Would not recommend.

Unfortunately, some timelines are out of our control however we understand your frustration and again apologize for the lack of direct communication with you.
Had to have the installers return at least three times to try to fix the same issue of a pop-up in the flooring. Finally decided that the same crew coming to fix the same problem three times was a waste of time. We are living with it. The product was great and the salesperson was responsive to our calls, but the installers just couldn't fix the problem. Probably look elsewhere next time.

bought laminate from Hessler in Punta Gorda over 4 years ago. Trouble after just a few months. It was supposed to be the best laminate and promises of performance were abundant. Unfortunately, the sales rep. was full of it. After repeated requests and nearly a year, we finally had to pay for some repairs because neither Hessler or the manufacturer would stand behind anything. over 8k spent for poor product and even poorer customer service.
