Dr. Karson is an amazing doctor. He takes his time during your visit. Knows his field excellent!!! I've been going to him for 5 years since moving to Alpharetta. I have gastrointestinal problems, esophageal, IBS, Barretts's disease, and more. I am very pleased with his performance as an gastroenterologist!!

Dr. Karsan is a physician with the highest skills in his knowledge of patient needs, concern for improving their welfare, and in his ability to diagnose and recommend treatment for a gastro problem. I have just met him, but am extremely pleased with his practice.

I have been seeing Dr. Karson for many years and would highly recommend. He is knowledgeable, thorough, kind and one of the best doctors I have had. His staff is top notch as well and easy to work with.

I just had my first colonoscopy today with Dr. Karsan. He and his team were professional from beginning to end and even ran ahead of schedule! I would highly recommend him.

I have seen Dr Karsan a few times including a Telehealth appointment! I also recently had a procedure done and I felt he was wonderful at calming my fears, as he knew I was apprehensive! Dr. Karsan is really a great doctor! I can’t figure out why he only has 41/2 stars??. And his staff is great also!
