Very bad customer service. I have many pieces from HF Coors and love them all. I ordered a salt and pepper shaker that was hand painted and waited and waited and waited. Called to find out what happened to my order. They told me they were back ordered and because they were hand painted that I should expect them in two weeks. Two weeks passed still no items. Love my Mimbres dinnerware and have many of the serving pieces as well. The quality, service, shipping and design are all 5 stars! Would love to come again sometime for your Saturday sale! The scones and coffee while waiting for opening were such a treat!! And you never know what treasures you will find being offered. Great company! I wish you well in these crazy times.
I ordered Mesa collection cups and Twin Peaks coffee mugs. They are beautiful and uniquely designed, packaged very well and quite sturdy. The main reason I looked into this company is because they produce lead free dinnerware made in USA. The only thing I hope that they will make jumbo size coffee / tea mugs one day.
