I had the yellow curry bowl with shrimp and added chicken kebabs. My partner went with the farmhouse breakfast. Every bite was full of flavor, and the shrimp kebabs in particular were incredible. The sourdough toast also deserves some love. It was thick, perfectly toasted, and surprisingly memorable. Service was about a seven. We were initially reluctant to visit this location due to what we perceived as an early closing time (10 PM), but we were so satisfied with our experience. First and foremost, this location has been a few different restaurants that weren’t able to embrace the location, but this place is done really well. Great design and layout, nice outdoor patio overlooking the pond, and an upstairs bar space that we’ll definitely go back for. I visited this restaurant for the first time with friends at lunch. I was a bit unsure of the 'clean eating' menu and ingredients, but was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the Stir Fry with coconut jasmine rice. The dish had a tangy flavor with a hint of coconut from the rice. My friend ordered the quinoa meatballs with New York street rice. I tend to eat vegetarian at lunch and both dishes were vegetarian. We also tried the vegan spicy cashew queso and chips. Surprisingly good. Very nice atmosphere and great service.

Service was great! Atmosphere was modern and comfortable. The wait staff were all super pleasant on top of it! 10 out of 10 recommend. I had the bison Ribeye.

I was really excited to try HG Sply since they’re the only restaurant in Alliance where you can escape seed oils (tallow fries and grass-fed beef, yes pls!). Ironically, we ordered fish tacos because they sounded so good, and picked them up at the take-out window. I’m guessing we just need to dine in and try something different, since everyone else seems to love the food, but our tacos were less than impressive.
