Smooth Experience! Had a really smooth experience. Sean was extremely knowledgeable and smooth. I don’t use “smooth” in the more stereotypical way that it would be expected with “salesmen”. He was smooth in that he knew what he was doing so that everything went smoothly. We did have to wait around for a bit. But I’m not taking off a star for that because I’ve been car shopping several times, and you ALWAYS have to wait around. We had to do that much less with this experience with Sean.
