Jose Fernandez is top notch Most of the experience from reception/intake through execution of the financial documents was pretty average/in line with most of my car buying experiences. The major standout here was Jose. He was exceptional and I believe this to be attributed to his genuine nature. Most sales professional pretend to care. Jose seems to break that mold with authenticity and character.
