"Awesome workers" Camilo was super helpful during my visit to HGreg. He was very informative and really listened to what I wanted. He provided Me with options that he knew I was looking for. Overall my experience was much better than I was expecting to have at a dealership.
"Great Experience" Looked on line for a specific car and found what I was looking for at HGreg's through Autotraders.com. I inquired about the car on Friday night and received a response Saturday morning. Traveled to the location where the car was located and met with Camilo, took a test drive, completed an on-line application right there, financed, & insurance all taken care of right there.
" I'm happy" I called ahead of time the car I wanted was there when I got there they got it ready I test-drive did they did a lot of paperwork sign the papers and left a long afternoon but it was well worth it.
"Not the usual car buying experience- Preferred!" Prices are great, and Carlos Rodriguez made every effort to ensure I got what I came for- which I did. Process seemed a little slower than a traditional dealership, but all things considered and no BS sales negotiations, I definitely recommend at least checking this place out to see if you find your perfect car. Selection is massive, so you probably will, just make sure you have 5 hours and some patience to commit.
"Ask for Scott Martin!" Great spot with a huge selection. Bought a 2014 F150 that I totally dig. We were lucky to get Scott Martin as our salesman and will definitely look to him down the road again for any more purchases. He stayed in touch with me and made the process so easy. "Everyone was professional and helpful through the process." Darrell, Jasmine, and Sigrid were great to work with. I will visit HGreg again when I'm looking for a vehicle. It may be listed on the website and I missed it, but more information on the down payment criteria, limits, and options would be helpful. This was the only hiccup in my experience, and the staff was more than helpful in providing guidance.
"Range Rover Purchase " The salesman Justin was awesome, honest, helpful and upfront about the purchase. He made the purchase easy and fun for myself and my mother. My mother was excited and he and the finance manager Jasmine were as well. Jasmine worked hard and found the best loan for us and made it look easy.
