"Great first experience" This was a great experience for my first time financing a car. I went in on a Saturday (busiest day) and was delivered excellent service from start to finish. "Rough flow but worth it!" The dealership is huge and seemingly unorganized, it was a lot of stop and go and wait for texts etc. Our salesperson was very nice and explained it all and didn’t pressure us, but ultimately he couldn’t make the process smoother (not his job) so that’s why they didn’t get a better score. There was no cold beverages, no snacks, only a vending machine, a warm water fountain, and a soggy hotdog food truck outside. We did appreciate the plugs they had on one table only. "Solution providers " As life happens changes are inevitable. At HGreg, I was provided with a solution through the Fair Buying Program. After 2 weeks of searching the vehicle that I wanted, I finial found it cheaper at HGreg.come.
