"Great Service. Excellent Sales people." I had a great experience at HGreg, The Sales people I dealt with were Mike B, and Alex R. They were very friendly, which made me feel at ease with the process. Needless to say, when it came to the Finance Department, with Nelson and Jasmine it was very difficult in processing my paper work. They kept insisting that I needed a bank statement with my address on it. I provided other documents such as payroll stubs, W-2, Medical cards. They said none of them were sufficient. "Super easy environment. " Buying a car at Hgreg was different then any other car buying experience I've had in the past. The environment was relaxed, the process was organized, the prices were fair, I didn't feel pressured. Miguel our sales associate was funny and helpful and did a great job. All went well except for the end,when they lost my car keys lol.
