Mauricio was very helpful. He Kept me informed of each step of the process. He was also polite, kind and nice. He talked to the manager to give me a deal with the tires. The manager was great too, he included new tires in my contract. It is really busy place on a Saturday but overall happy with my experience. The finance manager and the insurance lady were all awesome people.
I’m mad I didn’t start here at the jet port drive location. I’ve been searching for cars for almost 3 weeks. And everytime has been a dead end, either the car was filthy or sold but still listed. Carlos Rodriguez helped us as soon as we walked in. And took great care of us. He didn’t let me settle for less. And made me feel heard. And all cars were presentable. Highly recommend this location and Carlos for your next car needs.
