Awesome, dependable customer service staff. A local business you can trust to do it right the first time.
I was very disappointed with H&H Carpet. I went in last Friday and looked at carpet and picked out what I wanted and got a rough estimate. I then requested to have someone come and take measurements. I was told that someone would call me on Tuesday morning before 10:30. I asked to be called before 10:30 because I began a new job this week and had to be there by 11:30. No one called.
