Staff is professional yet friendly I totally recommend Hickman Dental
I’ve been going to dentists for the vast majority of my 60 years. I can honestly say that Hickman Family Dental is my favorite. Dr Erickson is a very good dentist in my opinion, and the hygienists (Zerena and Terry are my favorites) make it enjoyable going for cleanings. I’ve never once left there feeling like I didn’t receive excellent treatment and care in the 5 years I’ve been going there.
My hygienist was very thorough. I always try to see her if she is available. However they are all wonderful.
Brook, my new dental hygienist, took extra time to thoroughly examine and clean my teeth to perfection!! She was professional and very cordial at the same time.

I have been going to this dentist for several years and while not many people enjoy going to the dentist, my experiences have always been positive. From the office staff to the hygentists to the dentists everyone is very friendly and helpful. With Covid, they have taken great measures to ensure patient safety and that made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this office!!
If you are looking for a new dentist or if you are new to the area I would recommend Hickman Family Dental in Urbandale, Iowa. I have been a patient of theirs for many years and they have always taken wonderful care of me and my husband. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful. If I have an emergency they get me in as soon as possible. I see Dr. Krehbiel and he is awesome.
The staff is amazing and very conscientious about the patient, Covid, and everyone's safety.
