New Home Just moved in on Feb. 1st. The apartment is extremely spacious. The neighborhood is quiet. The two leasing agents, both named Jackie were amazing. The super Vincent is a great guy. I would recommend this place!
Spacious beautiful apartment Hidden lake apartment is spacious, beautiful and renovated apartment complex with lots of amenities. It even has a school for preschooler. Love it.
Horrible Office is supposed to be open from 9-5 but the staff is only there from 10-4 and close three hours for lunch. Manager never explains bogus charges to rent, just says I have to so I won't be fired. Maintenance has tried to enter my apartment without notice or even knocking. Grounds are so poorly lit that I've fallen three times. Garbage and recycling dumpsters are always overflowing. DO NOT GO!! This property has tons of hidden fees, and they won't tell you until the 48 hour "hold deposit" ($200) was cashed!! Very hard to work with!!! The apartment they show us wasn't as advertised, it was not "luxury" at all!! Kitchen is a mess, shelfs are broken, dish washer seems like it will be broke anytime. The bathroom is dirty. We originally said would do a 12 month lease, they said if we do 13 months it'll be 1 month free. LIE!! Horrible DO NOT COME TO LIVE HERE. They advertise Luxury housing but that is far from true. This apartment complex resembles the ghetto. I am a single mother with a disability. Their maintenance technician lives below me and sounds like he hurts his girlfriend. He harasses me about noise on a constant basis. I spent THOUSANDS of dollars to carpet the apartment, was inspected the the Super of the complex and I am still being harassed.
