Love my apt but hall ways need work the floors need to be replaced apt doors need to be replaced and building doors do to as well hallway light is awful and the storage room brings awful smells into the hallways and the garden refresh was done poorly grass is missing in many areas dead plants and over all done poorly and the dumpsters being left out in the open is letting trash fly everywhere they need to be enclosed like other complexes fixing these thing will make the property look great and worth the rent

Project housing quality for luxury housing pricing. Was told my windows would be replaced in spring 2025— were not installed until the week of moving out in July 2026. Severe bug issue. Shit leaked out of the floor on multiple occasions in the building hall. Directly next to other apartment complexes, so have fun spending AT LEAST an hour in traffic every single day
The management of this place is horrible. They will rip you off at the end and will not return your security deposit. In addition - the management will send you a million of nonsense rules of what you CANNOT do and they will fine you, harass you and bother you non-stop.
