I was recently a new patient. Honestly, I only went here because it’s the only vet in the area that takes my insurance and I was a little hesitant to go because I had to take my deceased dog to this clinic about five years ago and the staff was very rude about the fact I couldn’t keep his ashes. However, it seems that the people who work there now are not the same because I was met with nothing but compassion and understanding about the current situation with my new dog. Hidden Valley Animal Hospital was the one place my wife and I could get our dogs taken care of during the COVID 19 ordeal. They have continued their great service long after we converted to their facility. I would recommend them to anyone.
