I got my rescue papillon, Josie, two years ago, and promptly brought her to this practice on the recommendation of a good friend who has brought several papillons here over the years. I haven't got any past experience with typical small animal veterinarians, because Josie is my first typical pet, but I've dealt with several exotic animal veterinarians for my herd of guinea pigs, and let me say I so wish I could find somewhere this awesome for the guinea pigs. You can copy your review from here: Hidden Valley is truly a gem of a place for our furry family members. Each doctor there is knowledgeable and caring. The staff are also caring and personable. We've moved a few times since we first started going here. Yet, we continue to bring our pets here even though it is a longer drive. It's worth it. Our pets always get wonderful care here. It's the only vet office that our dogs actually run to get in the door! Can't say enough great things about Hidden Valley!

Everyone in this office is extremely professional and friendly. They take their time to answer any and all questions and don’t rush through your appt. I drive 40 minutes to take my dogs to the vet. Dr Sabadish is the best, I highly recommend!

finally vets who treat my 4 legger like he’s part of a family, not some rabid crazed dog that needs to be muzzled. their dog side manners are the best!

The customer service at this hospital is REMARKABLE! From the initial phone call I made to inquire about vet services, Sarah, who answered the phone was so patient with me and thoroughly answered all of my questions. Upon arrival I learned that this hospital, boarding, and grooming facility had a separate cat and dog section which I'm sure eliminates some of the anxiety most pets; especially cats, have when they're outside of their familiar element. We boarded our 6 yr. old Schnoodle, Charlie, for five days while visiting family out of state. As alway, Charlie got great care, and he was clean and happy when I picked him up this morning. We have used HVAH since 1994 when we moved to Raleigh. We currently see Dr. Meredith Berry for Charlie's medical needs. She treated for our previous dog as well. We know Charlie loves Dr Berry and we have had wonderful care for our dogs with her. The staff at HVAH is friendly and caring. We are very happy with our experience there!

I have brought my Dog and cats here for over 3 years since I moved into the area. The staff is very friendly, and you can feel the love and care that each of the staff members possess. I highly recommend this veterinarian office.
