So this is my reminder for my upcoming 6/9 at 6pm appointment with this place. I went to Higgins Family Dental today for a panoramic X-ray, and honestly, the experience wasn’t great. Someone called me yesterday asking if I could come in an hour earlier than my scheduled time, which I agreed to. But when I got there, no one seemed to know about the change, and I ended up waiting almost 45 minutes anyway. Kind of frustrating. The front desk ladies were fine. I had my 1st visit this week and so far so good! The office was clean, the receptionist was pleasant and took care of me quickly. The dental assistant and dentist were also pleasant and made me feel at ease right away. The dentist told me everything he was going to do before he did it making it a better experience for me, as I hate dentists lol.
It all started when I was scouting for an oral surgeon. Every place I called right off the bat stated they were not accepting my insurance. But Anna got my information called back and booked an appointment. I told myself this is a good place. I am rating Higgins Family Dental with five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because that's the highest I am allowed! The entire staff is friendly and professional, conscientious of their patients time and comfort. This week was my first visit for a cleaning (only been six months since last). My teeth and gums have never looked so white and felt like really, really clean.
