Charged over $8,000 for a divorce and only got a preliminary form 14, child custody plan, and initial pleadings. They don’t follow through and as others have said, it’s about the fees first and foremost. Not good service or taking the time to educate you.

I was impressed at first Megan Metzinger was extremely kind and understanding. She took the time to listen and explain the process to me even though I was very upset at the time. I felt we had a connection and even though I was not able to pay her retainer she was going to do everything she could to help me figure out how to finance legal support during my divorce. Not a good outcome for me. Not happy at all. It’s clearly about money and that’s the bottom line in everything. Fake empathy and understanding for my situation. If it happened to anyone what has happened to me then maybe people would see things differently. Narcissistic people always seem to prevail. It’s in God’s hands now.
Just terrible service and results for my husband. They charged a lot of money and don’t follow through.
I have always championed Josh as a great attorney, and I truly believe he is. However when I hired him to represent me, I was pushed off to work with one of his associates. Megan almost lost our case as a result of her mistake (with no apology), no one sent invoices until months later (after my third request) and told me she needed additional payment by a certain date (over and above our agreement).
