I no longer live here, but wanted to leave a review in hopes that anyone considering leasing here will look elsewhere! We moved in in nov of 23’, being showed a completely different unit than where we would be living, be warned they show the new/updated side but will move you into an apartment about a mile away, across big bend, with virtually no access to the main office or pool. We’ve lived here for about a year and love it!! It’s super quiet which is very nice we lived in the older apartments which is located in a nice neighborhood that has a community park and great walking trails. The apartment itself is an older but they have updated most of them which is very nice. My main complaint would be that the windows are older and the seals are cracked so it lets in cold are in the winter. Other than that we love it!!!
Be warned!!! These people will take your money. My partner and I applied to this apartment complex in November 2024. We were told the unit we applied for was “no longer available” even though we applied the day before. Turns out NONE of the units they had “available” online were actually available at all. Gabrielle then explained that we could either get our deposits back that day, or they could keep them and put us on a “wait list” for the apartment model we applied for. Been living with animals for almost 3 years. Have pre stains on my ceilings. I pay way too much over here to living with animals rent free. They quick to charge a late fee but act stupid when it comes to issues they can’t fix. Still have animals living with me. They sent a company out to catch them. They put 1 trap and the same day caught one but by the time they came out the animal got away. That same company came back out and put the trap in the woods behind my house. After renting for 10 years this is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Management will not replace broken appliances, apartment not cleaned, maintained or even inspected before move in. Illegal practices by not doing walkthroughs with tenets before move in. Health cod violations of mold, electrical outlets, fridge rubber liner compromised.
