Exceptional care!!!!! Registration was very easy and quick. I didn’t wait 3 mins before being escorted to the back. Dr Cook and Ashley were an excellent team. Explained everything before starting and continually assured that I was comfortable during the entire procedure. Did not experience any pain. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!!!!! Dr. White and his staff were very professional and my experience there was excellent. They took me in the same afternoon as my referral from my dentist.
Dr. Cook was very attentive and efficient. Staff very caring.
Dr. White has excellent bedside manner which puts a patient at ease when they are faced with an intimidating procedure! He makes sure patients have his personal cell phone in case there are questions or concerns post-surgery. His staff is also very friendly.
I was so pleased with Dr. Mary O. Cook. I am usually nervous when I visit any dentist, but she made me feel really comfortable. She explained the procedure and told me what to expect. I don’t know many doctors that will give you their personal cell numbers to contact them in case you have any questions or issues, but she was one of them. Very professional and I will recommend anyone to visit Dr. White and Dr. Cook’s Office.
My appointment was with Dr. Olivia Cook. They got me in to see her on very little notice, which was a godsend! She, as well as all other staff members, was very kind and professional. They made me feel very comfortable and did a great job!
He and his staff do an excellent job.. quick and efficient.. your in good hands with them!! Great service with a smile, even when you can't..
Wonderful experience, professional, thorough, and very caring Would not consider having a root canal done anywhere else. .
