It was wonderful buying furniture from Highland Furniture in Kinston. My salesman, Ken Montesano, was a joy to work with. His expertise and great suggestions made the process as easy as possible. I will be back and look forward to working with Ken again.
Went to Highland Furniture yesterday, 6/25/23, and ended up purchasing a sofa and recliner. Denise Pinson was excellent in handling the showing and everything else. Told her we were having guests Sunday but they thought delivery would be a week. By the time we got home we got a call that she had arranged a delivery the next day. Greatly appreciated.
I have been a faithful customer of Highland Furniture for years. Their furniture is of high quality and their customer service is excellent. I have worked with Jeff over the years and he is knowledgeable, honest, and professional! He goes above and beyond to answer all my questions and I always feel good about the decisions I make. There is something to be said about a “Hometown” experience. Jeff and Highland Furniture always remind me why it’s important to shop locally. You always feel like family!
The team at Highland Furniture has provided excellent service and coordination for our delivery. They stored our purchases for over a month while we were first delayed by Covid 19 and then out of town for an extended time. Jeff was very helpful in our purchasing decisions. Jeff, at Highland Furniture, was very friendly and helpful when we needed to replace 2 recliners. He was very patient as we checked out many different ones in the store. Once we decided on the one we wanted, he verified that they had 2 with that color and material in stock, then gave us a material sample for us to take home to confirm that it would match/work with our couch.
