Verified Renter If you're looking for an upscale community that feels like a country resort but is literally only a minute from 85 and just about anything you want to do in the metro area, this is a great community. The staff are friendly and eager to ensure that you're happy and satisfied with your new home. The prices are reasonable considering Atlanta's rental market.

I was wrong! I had left a disgruntled review a couple of weeks ago regarding a couple of major issues I've had at the complex. They have since been handled, and I currently have no more issues. In fact, I'd like to give my compliments to the leasing office for being patient with me! That said, I truly appreciate the fact that this complex tries to keep their residents happy and uphold both the written and unwritten rules of courtesy. The community is safe, the amenities are great, and the maintenance and quality of the complex is top-notch!
