i just had the worst health care experience ever.I had called and scheduled an appointment to have my broken tooth either repaired or extracted. DR Sinchan had explained and stated that i would have 2 options either pulling out the tooth completely or saving it and that he would not know for sure till he actually tries to taken out whats broken.An Office Asst ( I assume Mrs Tong) brought me a potential bill regarding those options and charged for a teeth guard.I questioned why i was being asked to sign and consent to a teeth... read more

There is no consistency in the dental assistant or the doctor taking care of one individual patient. Front desk keeps changing both the DA and the Doctor for each visit. Crowd-sourcing model is good in other fields, but not in patient care. It may look efficient, effective and maximizes revenue, but is bad for the patient. When patient is not in the picture, then that is not a good practice. You will have less word-of-mouth advertisement about how good you are. The crowd-sourcing the care has put you in 2 stars. It took more than an hour to be seen with no explanation. Once i was seen the filling was completed very fast. I like the office however this was the first time is was disappointed with the length of service.

Your patient gave you an incorrect email. Please ask him for a valid email or take mine off his records. He gave an email address for someone who loves thousands of miles from your practice.
