About Highway 58 Animal Hospital Highway 58 Animal Hospital was established in 1977 by Dr. Lebron Brock. In 2000, Dr. Brock hired Dr. Shane Whitaker, who became a partner in the hospital in 2005. The practice grew through the loyalty of pet owners in Chattanooga and the surrounding communities of Hixson, Harrison, and Ooltewah. In October 2014, Dr. Brock and Dr. Whitaker opened a new state-of-the-art facility.

Super, down to earth people. Very compassionate and caring. I have been to several veterinarian offices and have never been treated so well. They worked their hardest to get down to the root of every problem we had and kept a positive attitude the entire time.
I will give them 5 stars with no doubt the best Dr. ever.. I have been going to him for at least 30 years, very reasonable price too. Love my Dr. Brock!!
I have been taking my animals here for more than 20 years and have always had good results. They are very reasonable on their pricing and will try to do everything they can to help you with your pet's health. Dr. Brock is always willing to do everything he can to help your pets, and has recently helped me through a hard time with a dog that was dying from a heart tumor. I would definitely recommend them.
Pam and I have been using them for 25 years. Great people, excellent staff, always genuinely caring about your pets ,young or old. And when you use their services they don't try to sell you the building... Very reasonable. They try to make pet care affordable so people will get pets the care they need
