I purchased an ice machine from Hill Country Appliance because it was advertised as producing nugget ice. Unfortunately, the machine does not make nugget ice at all. I reached out to the seller to resolve the issue, but after my message, he did not respond. I would have paid less for a machine that doesn’t have the main feature I was told it did. Very disappointing experience and I cannot recommend purchasing from this seller.
