I absolutely love this Vet. Dr. Skinner is a godsend. She jumped through hoops to try every possible thing she could to help when my dog had a mystery illness that no one knew what to do for. We finally put a name to my dogs illness and unfortunately it was too late for my dog. Dr. Skinner made everything go so much smoother for my dog in the ending process. Now she is my first choice for every animal I’ll ever have in the future.
I’ve been taking my dogs here for years, since before the change in ownership. I stuck it out as long as I could, but I’ve reached my limit. They are consistently late with getting a vet to your room, and today I waited until 4:40 for my 4:00 appointment before I finally left. No one came to explain the reason for the delay, no one checked in on us, nothing. I am furious that I took time off of work, and it was for absolutely nothing. Overall, we had a great experience! We were visiting AR from out of state with my senior dog when she unexpectedly required a Vet visit. Dr Pennington was fabulous. She was very thorough and provided concise answers and information regarding my dog's symptoms. I did notice that both the reception area and the exam room were not the cleanest. I'm a former groomer, I understand it can be challenging to maintain a clean and good smelling area when a lot of animal are in and out; BUT, the cleanliness was lacking. Also, the recep... read more
Dr. Hodges saved my dogs life today! I am certain she couldn't have received better care anywhere in the world. My sweet dog, Rosie, developed an airway obstruction and he kindly took her in for surgery the same day. He is equal parts kind, compassionate, and professional. Rosie and I are forever thankful for his expertise! I also found the entire clinic staff to be kind and professional from the very first phone call! Wonderful clinic!
Absolutely outstanding in every way! Dr. Hodges and his staff have been absolutely fantastic with my puppy and I. She had a significant elbow injury that needed emergency orthopedic surgery and Dr. Hodges immediately and was able to perform the surgery that she desperately needed that very day. She needed three separate other procedures to allow her to heal in the ways she needed.
