Hillcrest cared for our dog for all of her 13 years, including her heartbreaking last day. My husband and I were so sad the day we had to let her go, but the entire staff, and especially Dr. Moore, were so compassionate and helpful in walking with us through a very difficult morning. We will always appreciate their kindness and professionalism. I will certainly be back with my next pet when that time comes. We took our dog to Hillcrest after he was attacked in our yard by 5 other dogs. We knew there was a chance we would lose him. Dr. Kathryn Bell was amazing with Sparky and very kind and informative to us. She patiently answered all of our questions and worked very hard to save him. She was honest and open about the odds of him being able to pull through. We could tell she truly cared for him. Although we lost him we know Dr. Bell did everything in her power to save him.
