I can't say enough good things about Hillcrest. When a pet you love is not well it is stressful to say the least. But when you are treated with patience, compassion, and kindness in addition to knowledge of the illness, the difficulty is greatly eased. My thanks to each one there. Yes, there will be a significant bill sometimes when all is said and done but medical care is expensive. I wouldn't expect to get good care for free. I recommend Hillcrest to anyone looking for a vet.
I just want to send out a big thank you to Dr. Kathryn Bell at Hillcrest. After taking my dog to several vets in the past 7 years she fixed her in one afternoon. Praise the Lord! We have tried Benadryl,Claritin, prescription meds, special shampoos, special foods and the list goes on. And the cost has been high also. She done a simple skin test to find that she had a infection on her skin and yeast on her skin (which made her have an odd odor) no one had ever done this test before. I called today to have a"dumped" cat spayed. I was not aware that the hospital is under new care and ownership. I was very pleased with the helpful reception I was given and the understanding that not only quality of care but also financial limits go into fur baby care. We are closing our farm and though the large animals have already been placed, as well as our dogs, we still have 14 cats to place. Hillcrest offered to help post them...so gracious of them.
Dr.Bell, was awesome she saved our little Hercules.
