Very good. My cats are doing great. Everyone was nice and explained what I needed to do. I really liked the rooms I waited in with cat to see doctor. Soothing music and kitty could walk around. Just nice and efficient
I have had the best luck getting Dr Mason when I need him. He is so gentle with my animals and seems to care, which I know he does. The office staff is great. Love the new place too

Took our 8 yo rat terrier Baby after she bounced too high and was limping. The came in checked her out and gave us medicine for pain and swelling. They offered to do an X-ray but made it known it probably wasn’t necessary. Baby is now ❤️🩹. Thank you
Dr. Mason Bell was able to treat our new to us 13 year old mare for a cut on her leg, and float her teeth, which was much needed after 6 years of neglect. We appreciated his professional manner in explaining the procedures and the immaculate state of the art facility. The cost was reasonable, and we were quick to get in.
The staff is wonderful, caring people I am so thankful for them.
The veterinarian assistants listened too all my concerns about my German Shepherd and took notes while listening, rather than trying to remember what I said or they heard! The Dr she came in and spent time with me and my dog wasn’t rushed was explained in my language what needed to be done even given a estimate of damages too the check book if I wanted it all done . Was just a overall great experience too have people caring for your pet as much as you love your pet! ! Stephen Stacy
