i have been a patient of Dr. Spence for 15 years. As a Registered Nurse for 30 years I am extremely particular about who I choose as my doctor. Dr. Spence is the BEST OF THE BEST!! He can be completely trusted with any procedure he does. No need to even look at going to another office because you won’t find a better doctor! The staff is amazing! So kind and it feels like “family” when I am there.

I met Dr Spence and his wonderful staff last year. I will continue to use him for all my plastic surgery needs in the future. Wonderful experience always has my best interest at heart. Very clean professional establishment.

The most amazing experience I have ever had! I have been wanting a breast augmentation for 20 years at least. I was very nervous to just google a plastic surgeon. I happen to bring up to a coworker what I was wanting to do and she immediately recommended Dr Spence. She told me that not only had he done her breast years before, but also her recent eye lid lift. In 2021 I had a circumferential body lift and breast lift with Dr. Spence. It was not an easy surgery, but I was so thrilled with the results, they way all the staff treated me, and espcially how skillful and talented Dr Spence is at what he does. My urologist heard that I was going to be having my cosmetic surgery with Dr. Spence and praised him as a doctor. The doctor was kind and interested and knew exactly what needed to be done. He was thorough about my medical history and gave explicit instructions on things I needed to do before surgery. The rest of the staff was great and I had an excellent exploratory appointment. The professionalism here is top draw. Highly recommend
