Stove was replaced because no one was able to find the problem with the one we had. Eventually they did and again swaped out the old one when they had to take it apart to fix

Your maintenance team responded to my request right away. When they came to my apartment, they were professional and kind. My dishwasher couldn’t be fixed and needed to be replaced, as soon as it came in, they called and installed it right away. My tub faucet was leaking, they came back on a different day to ensure they would have time to fix it because sometimes that repair doesn’t go as planned, however, they scheduled an appointment for the very next morning appointment they had and it was fixed 1,2,3.
