I moved in less than 3 weeks ago. I had no hot water just couple days after moving in. That was fixed within a few hours, but I believe partly because it was during office hours. Now I have had no water along with others in my building since about 6pm yesterday. I put in two separate maintenance request online, called and left two voicemails with the so called 24/7 maintenance crew. I also sent two emails to tenant relations. Manager is a joke likes to scream, yell and call you a liar. She blamed my daughter for almost getting jumped by 5 girls and said its her fault.when i asked for the video from the camera she told me i have to move out dont waste your time or money.Rocio is one hateful disrespectful person who doesnt care what happens to any one in the apartments all she cares about is her profits in all the illegal things going on there.
The office ladies are extremely rude and very unprofessional I would never recommend this place to anyone.
You really don't want to live here. They have Mices and Bugs. I have been here only 4 weeks and it's hell. I got videos and pictures if anybody wantvto see
Pues estan bien los apartamentos...pero asi como hoy todo el dia no a avido agua...y ya llego la noche y todavia no llega���
Just moved so no detailed review at the time. However the apartment I wanted was already leased while I was on my way there so giving my time frame I had to get a 2 bedroom. So I'll see how this year goes
This place is all about MONEY, they want a deposit of 100.00 for getting cable, if u don't return your parking pass its 100, you now how to pay sewage and water, they are charging for every fixer , they don't fix nothing they rig it up , visitor parking is far away from where u stay, oh and if u don't return swimming passes by the end of your lease its a charge as well. I hate this place they just be doing alot. I would refer no one to this place no matter how many times they switch managers
