The staff is amazing. The proximity of the location is amazing. The local music is loud apparently in every room at night. The water pressure isn't. The hotel needs a lot of repairs. The breakfast isn't free so we just supported local each morning.

That is one happening downtown! Nice hotel but a couple things to know. You are so close to the nightlife of downtown Chandler; you will not get to sleep on the weekends until after 2am. Also, charging $14 for a continental breakfast is a rip off. Should be free and the hot breakfast, sure charge me.

The modern furniture / decor was pleasing. Not much for unloading at their curb. Front desk agent apleasure to deal with.
