Friendly, Consistent, Clean & Cares about their Guests! The elevators. They were so slow, even with 4 of them!! Loved loved loved the Front Desk Staff & Bellmen!!! The young woman who checked my family in was OUTSTANDING!!! She made our stay comfortable & assisted in getting my iPhone back from the limousine service that picked us up from the airport & brought us to the hotel. Excelente ubicación, limpieza y buena relación calidad/ precio Ubicación excelente a 10 minutos andando de Times Square y Central Park. Se puede ir caminando a muchos sitios de interés. Habitación amplia de dos camas grandes para 4 personas con microondas, cafetera con cápsulas a demanda y nevera. Buena limpieza, la solicitamos todos los días y no hubo problema.
