Great location, great stay! No sauna or pool Clean rooms, daily room service at no additional cost, gym access, great access to the city by walking or bike or subway
Very Good One elevator was not working so sometimes we had to wait up until 15 minutes but it was no big deal Excellent location, junior suite with terrace had a fantastic view and very spacious
Excelente El control De la tele no funcionaba ñ, supongo q por las pilas y no lo cambiaron a pesar q lo pedimos en recepción, pero la verdad estábamos en la habitación solo para descansar así q no fue tan importante, pero quizá para alguien más si. Pero tomar en cuenta por parte del hotel Muy buena pinta ubicación, los ascensores un poco lentos en horario de mucho tránsito, pero el hotel muy bien ubicado. Lo recomiendo
Very Good 엘레베이터. 붐비는 시간에 진짜 오래 기다림. 근데 붐비는 시간도 체크아웃 전이 아니라 9시 넘어서부터인것 같아요 위치. 친절한 스탭. 방 크기도 아주 작지는 않음. (큰 캐리어 동시에 두개정도 펼 공간은 나와요)

Ok Half of the staff were rude and unhelpful. The elevators are a catastrophe- and shared by service personnel- so sometimes you wait for 10 mins or more for an elevator. The heating/ac is very loud even on sleep mode so not recommended for light sleepers. Location is good. Comfortable bed. Good sized room for new york city. Half of the staff were friendly and helpful
