Drab rooms in shades of beige. Uncomfortable chair (made comfortable w a bred pillow). No energy efficient heating/cooling system (I.e. no slot at door to turn on room hvac system, so system ran even when I wasn’t in the room). No service elevator so hotel staff had to use the same 2 elevators, not to mention that the wait for the elevators in any case was too long.
Great Experience I enjoyed my stay. This Hilton was in a great location! The front desk and other staff members were amazing (very welcoming and attentive to guests) and my room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay at this location again.

2 blocks to the west is a subway station with lines that take you to Manhattan’s east and west sides. One block East there’s an lovely residential neighborhood with lots of dining options.
No breakfast??? As a gold member , breakfast should be included. All else was great.
