Great place We loved our stay and it was in a great location!
Extremely nice bedroom: spacious; quiet and very very comfortable bed. Bathroom had everything even though taps a bit stiff. Staff making up the bedroom were charming.
Check in was really horrible. We arrived a little early so we left out bags and came back. Check in was at 3 we got back at 4:30 and was told the room was not ready. The guy at the front desk said about 30 minutes which turned into almost 1 and a half hours. The guy at the front was really friendly and apologetic but it was really and inconvenience. He was checking other people in while we were still waiting. When we got to the room the television would not connect. We let them know and was told someone would come up to fix ... read more
The location is very convenient. Some staff is very helpful and friendly, but not all. Rooms have little room to walk around the beds The elevator was not working, waits for the other elevator were long. once I had to walk down from the 22nd floor. Housekeeping is on request. When requested in the morning, I was told that it has to be requested the previous day, I requested it for the following day. When the next day the room was not cleaned, I went again to requests it.
